How we ship, pay & respond

Support hours. Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm (MYT). Messages outside these hours are answered the next working day.

Shipping. Fast nationwide shipping, with most West Malaysia orders arriving in 2–3 working days.

Payment. Pay securely by online transfer (OCBC) or QR Pay. New accounts get RM20 off the first order (min. spend RM109, code HISHIN20).
