Shipping

We ship nationwide across Malaysia. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days; most West Malaysia addresses arrive 2–3 working days after dispatch. East Malaysia and rural routes may take a little longer. Standard delivery is by Ninja Van; DHL is available on request. A tracking number is shared once your parcel is collected. Cash on Delivery (COD) ships free; any prepaid shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days of us receiving the item. Welcome-voucher discounts are non-refundable for cash value.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, delivery address, contact number, email and order details. Payment is processed by our payment partners — we do not store your full card or bank credentials. We share your details only with couriers (Ninja Van, DHL) and payment processors needed to deliver your order, and we never sell your personal data. Terms of Service

By placing an order on hishinbeauty.my you agree to these terms. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment is received or a COD order is verified. We may cancel an order due to stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund if so. The RM20 welcome voucher (code HISHIN20) applies to a first online order, requires a minimum spend of RM109, can be used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. HISHIN is a cosmetic sunscreen for external use only; results vary and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.
