Refund Policy

We only offer refunds for faulty or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the process, please email us at Hishinwhitening@taishingroup.com and we will arrange for the return shipment.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all tags and packaging intact, together with your proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement or, where applicable, a refund.
